Explore the Road to Hana
Cruise Maui’s Best-known Highway in Style
The Road to Hana is one of the most famous highways in Maui, and a must-see on your trip to the island. The highway contains 52 miles of winding roads with one-lane bridges, hairpin turns and breathtaking landscapes of rocky cliffs, plunging waterfalls and rolling valleys. The ride takes about 3 hours, but you’ll want the whole day to linger.
Starting off with pickup from your hotel, we travel north through the cute hippie town of Paia, past the surfing hotspot Ho’okipa and onward toward the jungle. Enjoy the ride as we stop often and hang out in some bamboo forests, wander under legendary trees and gaze upon waterfalls.
You’ll see black sand beaches, mysterious caves and indulge on the most amazing banana bread you’ll ever have! The options are endless. See the best of the best and experience all that the Hana highway has to offer. The views are breathtaking, and the drive is exhilarating!

What a special day. Thanks, Kelsey!
My friend and I wanted to go to Hana without the hassle of driving ourselves. Kelsey did not disappoint. We were grateful for Kelsey's keen eye on safety and our rapid, unexpected change in the weather, which allowed us to experience the magic! She took us to so many cool spots that we can't say which was our favorite...well, maybe the turtles and the goats!
I highly recommend Kruzin' with Kelsey!
We had an incredible day with Kelsey on The Road To Hana! She's an excellent driver. We felt safe and did not get car sick. She takes her time and makes stops along the way. She's a great conversationalist, very knowledgeable about the island and all the do's and don'ts to keep you safe. She truly is a joy and added her own special touches to make the trip memorable.
Kelsey made the trip unforgettable
You will see road to Hana like not many others saw it. Waterfalls, jungle, caves, black beach without too many people, fruit stands, the lava tube, sitting in the tree, singing and playing ukulele. I felt safe and also was having an adventure for the memories. You will see lots more amazing stuff that a big company will not show you, only a local tour guide will. Aloha spirit always!
